Humble Garden is stitched on 32 Veldt linen by Picture This Plus, using all DMC threads. With a stitch count of 119W x 104H, this wonderful design finishes at 7 1/2″ x 6 1/2″.
For this design, I took 2 lines from a verse written by Joanne R. Barwick, in 1993. The entire verse reads: There’s little risk in becoming overly proud of one’s garden, because gardening by its very nature is humbling, it has a way of keeping you on your knees. What a sweet sentiment!
